AllSkid designs, develops, manufactures, and distributes modular centralizing and tool-support products for the pipe inspection, cleaning, rehabilitation, and trenchless technology industries.

These Terms & Conditions govern purchases made through the AllSkid website and the use of products sold by AllSkid LLC, located in Georgia, United States.

2. Product Description and Intended Use

AllSkid products are designed to support, position, stabilize, and centralize compatible equipment within pipes, conduits, and other confined passages.

Products may be used with inspection cameras, jetting hoses, cleaning equipment, flexible shafts, and other compatible tools.

Customers are responsible for determining whether a particular AllSkid product is suitable for their intended application, including verifying:

• Pipe diameter, geometry, and internal condition.

• Equipment dimensions and compatibility.

• Proper assembly, installation, and secure attachment.

• Obstructions, bends, offsets, transitions, and restrictions.

• Operating pressures, forces, and environmental conditions.

AllSkid does not guarantee compatibility with every equipment configuration, pipe system, or operating environment.

3. Equipment Entrapment, Retrieval & Recovery

IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING EQUIPMENT BECOMING STUCK INSIDE PIPES

The operation of tools and equipment inside pipes, drains, conduits, and confined passages involves inherent risks, including equipment becoming lodged, trapped, disconnected, damaged, or otherwise unrecoverable.

Although AllSkid products are engineered to improve equipment positioning, stability, and functionality, no centralizing or tool-support system can eliminate these risks.

Pipe conditions may include unknown obstructions, collapsed sections, displaced joints, roots, debris, sharp bends, diameter reductions, and other conditions beyond AllSkid’s control.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AllSkid shall not be liable for losses, expenses, or damages arising from equipment becoming stuck, lodged, trapped, or unrecoverable during use, except to the extent such liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

These potential losses and expenses include:

• Retrieval or recovery operations.

• Excavation, pipe cutting, or pipe replacement.

• Damage to inspection cameras, hoses, cables, shafts, or attached equipment.

• Loss of tools or equipment within a pipe.

• Labor, equipment rental, and service interruption costs.

• Lost revenue, project delays, or other consequential economic losses.

Customers and operators assume responsibility for evaluating pipe conditions, selecting suitable equipment, securing attachments, and determining appropriate operating and retrieval procedures.

Nothing in this section excludes liability that cannot legally be disclaimed, including liability arising from defective products where applicable law prohibits such exclusion.

4. Installation and Operator Responsibility

AllSkid products must be properly assembled, installed, inspected, and secured before use.

Customers and operators are responsible for ensuring that products are correctly installed and compatible with the equipment to which they are attached.

Products should be inspected before each use for signs of wear, damage, deformation, or improper assembly.

AllSkid is not responsible for damage resulting from improper installation, unauthorized modifications, misuse, or operation outside the product’s intended application, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

5. Product Performance and Limitations

AllSkid continually develops and improves its products through engineering, testing, and customer feedback.

Product specifications, dimensions, colors, configurations, and designs may change as improvements are introduced.

Any descriptions of performance, functionality, or operational advantages are provided for informational purposes and do not constitute a guarantee of results in every application.

Actual performance may vary depending on equipment, pipe conditions, operator technique, and environmental factors.

6. Pricing, Orders, and Payments

All prices displayed on the AllSkid website are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, product descriptions, or availability information.

Orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other fees will be displayed during checkout when supported by the purchasing system.

Payment must be completed through the accepted payment methods provided at checkout.

7. Shipping and Delivery

AllSkid ships products domestically and to supported international destinations.

Shipping estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery may be affected by circumstances outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

International customers may be responsible for applicable customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and other charges imposed by the destination country.

AllSkid does not warrant that its products will prevent equipment entrapment, eliminate operational risks, or perform successfully in every pipe condition or equipment configuration.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AllSkid shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the purchase, installation, or use of its products.

Such damages may include lost profits, business interruption, equipment downtime, retrieval expenses, or damage to other property.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AllSkid’s aggregate liability arising from a particular product shall not exceed the amount paid to AllSkid for that product.

These limitations do not apply to liabilities that cannot legally be limited or excluded, including certain claims involving personal injury, defective products, fraud, or other protected legal rights.

11. Intellectual Property

AllSkid product designs, engineering concepts, technical documentation, photographs, graphics, trademarks, logos, and website content are the intellectual property of AllSkid or their respective owners.

Certain technologies and product designs may be protected by issued patents, pending patent applications, trademarks, copyrights, and other intellectual-property rights.

Unauthorized reproduction, commercial use, or distribution of protected content or designs is prohibited except as permitted by applicable law or written authorization.

Purchasing an AllSkid product does not grant a license to reproduce or commercially manufacture its protected designs.

12. Third-Party Equipment Compatibility

References to third-party brands, manufacturers, cameras, jetting equipment, or other tools are provided solely for compatibility identification and informational purposes.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, AllSkid is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by these manufacturers.

Customers should verify compatibility before use.

13. International Sales

International customers are responsible for ensuring that products may lawfully be imported, possessed, and used in their jurisdiction.

Local regulations, taxes, customs requirements, and applicable consumer protections may vary.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions overrides mandatory consumer protections applicable in the customer’s country or jurisdiction.

However, we do not guarantee that all website content will be free from errors, omissions, or interruptions.
